Reliance MF launches new version of Business Easy app

Reliance Mutual Fund has come out with the latest version of its Business-easy 2.0 app which allows advisers to perform a number of tasks online.

The app acts as a complete customer relationship management tool. Distributors get a dashboard view of their business with insights about their audience and the investment options. The app is geared up to provide IFAs various insights thorough data analytics and artificial intelligence-based recommendations on the IFAs customer basis, investment patterns, and their purchase propensities.

Further, IFAs can run segmented campaigns (email & SMS) based on various data cuts and reach out to investors with personalised transaction links with pre-embedded details that their customers must merely authorise.
