Canara Robeco: Change in Key Personnel

Canara Robeco Mutual Fund is requested to take note of the following changes in the key personnel of Canara Robeco Asset Management Company Ltd:

Robbert C Vonk has ceased to be the Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer of Canara Robeco Asset Management Company Limited and consequently a key personnel with effect from 1 September 2019.

Albert Wisgerhof has been appointed as the Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer of Canara Robeco Asset Management Company Limited, with effect from 1 September 2019. He is aged 42 years and holds Master of Science – Financial Economics and Master of Science – Civil Engineering as his educational qualification.
