HDFC AMC has appointed Navneet Munot, former Executive Director and Chief Investment Officer at SBI Mutual Fund, as its new Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer.
Navneet has over 25 years of experience in financial markets. He joined SBI MF as its chief investment officer in 2008. Navneet has also worked with Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund and Morgan Stanley Investment Management.
Navneet will succeed Milind Barve. Barve is the founding CEO of HDFC AMC. Before joining HDFC AMC, Barve headed the treasury operations at HDFC Ltd. for 14 years.
As on October 2020, HDFC AMC managed assets worth Rs 3.75 lakh crore.
