Why Morningstar Investor Summit is a must-attend for investors

Morningstar is bringing its first edition of the Morningstar Investor Summit to India. The event is designed to help investors make the right investment choices while building their portfolios.

This summit, aimed specifically at individual investors, is yet another opportunity to drive our mission at Morningstar – to empower investor success in everything we do. The summit allows everyday investors to hear from and connect with industry professionals, as we as try to recognize lessons from the past and find a path toward long-term success.

  • Kavitha Krishnan, Senior Analyst - Manager Research, Morningstar Investment Adviser India, will guide investors on how to build a sound portfolio through mutual funds and the key parameters to look at while analysing and filtering funds.
  • Chintan Mehta, Associate Director - Capital Markets, Morningstar Investment Management, will talk about how investors can build diversified portfolios to weather all kinds of volatility.

In this summit, will Morningstar include a session on the front running incident at Axis Mutual and share its views? Independent research outfits are expected to speak on the incident.
